Sandskulptur

Permanentes Hobby

A permanent hobby added in the July 9 update. Craft a base, then play a timing minigame to shape it into a sculpture. Mechanically it is Snow Sculpting with sand — if you played Winter Frost Season, you already know it.

The base is consumed on every attempt, whether the sculpture succeeds or fails. Craft a stack of them before you sit down to sculpt, or you will spend the session walking back to the Workbench.

Das Timing-Minispiel

A marker slides back and forth across a timing bar. Press the action button while it is inside the yellow zone.

  • The closer to the centre of the yellow zone you land, the better the result
  • A perfectly timed press awards a Perfect bonus
  • The marker speeds up as the session goes on
  • Consecutive hits build a combo, which raises the odds of a higher-quality sculpture
  • Miss too often and the sculpture fails outright, leaving a failed sand mound

Tipps

  • Craft bases in bulk. Eight Stone and four Quality Timber each, and one is burned per attempt — a session of ten attempts needs 80 Stone and 40 Quality Timber.
  • Stone and Quality Timber are both everyday gathering materials, so the real cost of this hobby is time, not currency.
  • The marker accelerates through the session, so the early presses are the cheap ones. Do not get greedy chasing Perfect on the late, fast swings if you are close to a combo you want to keep.

Häufige Fragen

How do you unlock the Sand Sculpture hobby in Heartopia?

Buy it from Azure in Central Square for 100 Wishing Stars, then open your inventory and learn the recipe. It unlocks permanently and you can craft the Sand Sculpture Base at the Workbench afterwards.

What is the Sand Sculpture Base recipe?

Eight Stone and four Quality Timber, crafted at the Workbench. One base is consumed per sculpting attempt regardless of whether you succeed or fail.

How do you get a high-quality sand sculpture?

Land the moving marker as close to the centre of the yellow zone as you can. Perfect presses award a bonus and consecutive hits build a combo, which raises your chance of a better sculpture. The marker speeds up as the session goes on.

How many Sand Sculpture levels are there?

Five. Each level unlocks more sculpture recipes, ending with the Cactus and Muscle Cat at level 5. Upgrades cost 50 Wishing Stars per Sand Sculpting Upgrade Ticket.

Is Sand Sculpture the same as Snow Sculpting?

Mechanically, near enough. Sand Sculpture reuses the Snow Sculpting formula from Winter Frost Season with sand instead of snow, so the learning curve is minimal if you played that event. The difference is that Sand Sculpture is permanent, not seasonal.
